Custom skins that were imported also are not allowed to use capes, even if it says that the cape is equipped. This also causes elytras to become invisible when worn by the player

This happens to me as well. I believe that the reason this happens is because of capes. Do you have a custom skin equipped? Having a custom skin seems glitched at the moment, as capes will not show up on them.
