It has been days now and not a word.

Realms is a service that we pay extra for monthly and it's been almost a week now since we have been unable to get into our realm.

Send out an email, put a message on the login screen, let us know that you're aware of the problem and are working to fix it rather than letting us feel that you just don't care about your customers.

Come on guys, get it sorted.
