you do realize that if you downgrade to a version that DOESN'T HAVE THE ITEMS Minecraft quite understandably has no idea what to do with them so it removes all blocks, items, entities and features of those future updates as they do not exist. a smart way to avoid this is to add your mc version number to the front or end of your world name
