I also have this issue. I have builds on my realm (started in 1.16) that I cannot see from one end to the other on anymore. It's incredibly disappointing.

Ahh thanks, I tried using the search feature first and I must've missed that one.

I was definitely using powered rail. I was testing a hopper minecart unloader, and it seemed to totally ignore the braking effect and would not start moving at the dead end when I powered the rail.
