Also if I am going through https://my.minecraft.net/en-us/store/minecraft/ which is the "General Way" of purchasing, and it does go to very end. It just rejects my card payment stating my card information is wrong, which I assure you is not. My bank says they have never received a request for online payment to reject in the first place.
Its not available on amazon.ca, and US site is not working for me either. I have purchased 3 copies of this game and always from mojang.com. I don't think it should be such a hassle purchase a copy of the game.
secondly https://mc.163.com/ looks very shady to me so I am just going to pass on this.
I have already mentioned this, I have checked with my bank, they never got any request for online payment. I have tried with 4 different cards, 2 overseas from Pakistan, 1 from Canada, 1 from US. I frequently use all 4 of these cards with my amazon.ca, bestbuy, and other bunch of online services I frequently use.
I only wanted to notify Mojang of the problems that are occurring, You can also goto #community-feedback channel of the official discord server. People are complaining about the same issue, I don't really care if Mojang is perfectly fine with loosing their sales due to a petty issue that is being ignored like that.
Secondly, you can go ahead and close the issue. I have lost interest in this and do not want to further proceed with the purchase either.
