I'm experiencing the same issue (Minecraft for Windows 1.18.31). In my world (seed: -1338173114), the first portal I created and went through was a portal frame at -500, 66, 3348 which led me to -57, 81, 416 in the Nether.
I then traveled to a location in the overworld (4314, 69, 2009) where I created a second portal that led to 538, 82, 251 in the Nether.
From here, I calculated where my home base would be located in relation to the Nether and traversed to and created another portal at coordinates 4, 32, 298 (30, 48, 2394 in the Overworld respectfully).
The final portal I attempted to make in the Overworld was at the coordinates -984, 63, 2345. THIS portal, however, took me to 4, 32, 298 in the Nether, which is not how that should work from my understanding. Additionally, when I attempt to go through the portal from the Nether, it, of course, takes me back to my home base (30, 48, 2394).
