My issue refers to the "Looking at" XYZ coordinates not the Targeted Block section as referred to by the "duplicate" issue

I've attached two screenshots. One that shows a bit of blue ice generating inside the bounding box of the monument, but still shows packed ice being cut off. Another shows bot packed ice and blue ice being cut off at a different monument. This is still present in 18w21b

Just double checked and this happens even without a torch being present when the arrow is fired.

  • Created a world in 1.9, Added signs, closed world and opened in 1.8.8. Signs appear fine but when re-opened in 1.9 the signs have quotes.

  • Created a world in 1.8.8, Added signs, closed world and opened in 1.9. Signs appear with quotes.

  • Screenshot is of a sign added in 1.8.1 and opened in 1.9

This crashes without fail every time I open the world
