I have been having this problem for weeks. I have followed all the suggestions. I changed the memory available from first to 4G then to 10G--NO LUCK. I reinstalled. NO LUCK. SO, if the original problem is linked to a problem in 2013, WHY IS IT STILL HAPPENING IN 2025? I did not buy this game to play it once every nine or ten days.
