Thanks! I found Mob Griefing was off, after turning it on the issue was resolved. Appreciate it.

I was able to resolve this with my Moto Gs by changing my router to use WPA2/TKIP or WPA2/AES instead of WPA2/TKIP+AES. It doesn't seem to like the mixed capable router.
