I can confirm that this is solved in the latest update.
I was able to complete the achievement now.

I've also added a copy of the new world and a couple of screenshots from the new world.

Unfortunately, I still have problems with this achievement.

Have also created a new world to test, and let it sit for more than 24 hours just to be sure that the achievement will be unlocked.

But nothing seems to have been changed in the last hotfix :/
