This issue happens even when exclusively in Survival mode. v1.17.30

I would like to confirm this issue. Happens in survival mode !  v 1.17.30

Has nothing to do with creative mode, or coming out of creative mode...  I NEVER play in creative.

This is falsely marked as "RESOLVED".
