@vanessa Rowe
Quick question, what operating system are you on, if it is PlayStation do you have a PlayStation plus subscription, if you do, you should be able to delete and reinstall the game. Everything will stay the same.

This can also work if you have a different online storage (such as Nintendo online, and PSP)

If you don’t have any online storage systems I would suggest using multiple USB storage devices depending on how much data there is on your save files (you can access these save files in the storage management section on the console settings)

Hope I could help

I am happy to say that I have found a fix for the bug. ( Disc version )

1. Make sure you have your files saved onto your PSN account.

2. Delete and reinstall Minecraft.

3. Make sure all your files are on Minecraft.

This only works if you have a PSN account and the disc version of the game.

@David Pauli. How long did you hold down the L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Option + Touch Pad button for?

So basically when the PSVR launched to be compatible with Minecraft bedrock edition. I obviously went to play on VR. The first time I played it worked but the second time I got the red screen. Judging by this I think the red screen has to do with the PSVR compatibility. It still doesn’t work for me.
