Both the Mojang and Microsoft Customer Support accounts on twitter keep saying that its an Xbox issue or a specific Minecraft issue. I'm going to hope that these are just bots replying and hopefully we will get a fix soon.

Yeah it seemed to stop working for me yesterday morning after they updated the Minecraft store. I hope they fix this soon but both parties are saying it's not their issue so I don't really know when this will be solved.
