Slot:0 is your first hotbar slot
Kumasasa, You didn't understand what type of bug this is "testfor @p {Inventory:[{id:"minecraft:pumpkin",Damage:0s,Count:1b,Slot:103b}]}" I know work rights but redo and have pumpkin on your head and has a item on your hotbar, you see now what am I talking about.... you didn't full read my bug tracking enable clearly.
When you the enchanted table,you more types of protection? Please explain why its does what its doing.
I think I figure out how to fix this bug. Add new /gamerule allowrename true/false. What its do is turn on/off the highlight and italic so its ignore them. Might fix the this problem.

I feels stupid. I figure what actually wrong can't found a player because if you do /summon Lightningbolt. It's automatic found a player same as in doing that command in chat box but I try do this /execute @p[type=Player,score_SpellLBolt_min=1,score_SpellLBolt=1] ~ ~ ~ execute @e[type=!Player,rm=3,r=8] ~ ~ ~ summon LightningBolt actully fully works at so.
