I just had this happen in my SP world. I've uploaded the crash log.
Killed a lead pillager and started a raid. As soon as the raid bar filled up the game crashed.
This was replicated in my single player in 18w50a world. I died from a skeleton early game and when retrieving my items died again from an invisible creeper. I then was playing with F3 + B for hit boxes. The jerk skeleton that initially killed me was now invisible and firing arrows at me, no hit boxes seen until the arrow was loosed upon me (arrow has hitbox). logged out and back in to resolve.
I uploaded (then removed and uploaded again for quality) short video clips depicting the issue as well as the screenshot.
The only notable difference that I saw, apart from the broken functionality of the hopper, was that the items are consolidating world entities into one per type of stackable item I threw.

Trying to grind membrane on Realms and having the same issue. Seems like they will attack sometimes when I am paying attention to killing other mobs.
