I'm on 1.20.51 and can't equip new cosmetics or emotes. Older cosmetics and emotes I unlocked years ago work just fine, so does all the free Universal stuff but none of the new achievement stuff works. I am on PC and play realms with a Mobile and a couple Nintendo Switch friends and I'm not sure they have the same problem too but I'm fairly sure they do.
