Help! Desperate 9 yr old son has lost all of his worlds after the update to 1.13.2! How can we restore his lost worlds?
We have MCPE on an iPad 3, iOS, version 9.3.5. (13G36).
MC worked well, until updates 1.13.0 and 1.13.1. We experienced the same problems as mentioned above: first the Mojang-logo, then a white screen, then it crashed.
Yesterday we updated to 1.13.2. Minecraft worked again (yay!) but, like I said, showed none of his worlds.
My son has an XBOX-live account. So his worlds are supposed to be stored there, but MCPE tells us otherwise. What can I do?

What I need to know:
My son connected his MCPE to Xbox Live, some time ago.
After the problems with 1.13.0, he deleted and reinstalled MCPE on his iPad3, v 9.3.5.
Only after 1.13.2 was launched, MC worked again. But then he noticed that all his worlds - years of work, dedication and creativity! - are completely gone. 😞
Is there a fix for this???
I'm also asking this on behalf of others, since I have seen that we are not the only ones with this problem...
So, is there anything we can do to restore/to get his worlds back?
