Have you checked if your BIOS is updated? If it is still on legacy I don't think you can run Minecraft
To check:
Press Windows+R
Type msinfo32
Check BIOS
If it is legacy I really don't know how to help, maybe you can check yourself because I'm no IT person.

Have you tried updating your computer to 21H2 or later?

Okay! Finally! 

I have found the issue on my computer. I contacted Microsoft support and ran through some things, turns out, my computer had an issue with some updates. 

At least, for me, it was just some update issue, that I don't really know about but it is definitely about some update or something. 

So people who are suffering the same issue, check if you have updates available. If you do, maybe updating would help. 

To all the mods out there - Please do not resolve this issue yet. People might still have other problems. I would greatly appreciate that.

It's been a very long time since the last comment and mods' update. This is an issue that has not been fixed, and I'd appreciate if more mods could please help us fix this issue that many people are having, including me.

To elaborate more:

I used the Xbox app to download and it just told me Error and the code was 0x00000001 (or whatever, it was all zeros except for the last one which was 1)
I used the launcher and it still didn't have any progress. I left my PC on overnight for the 3rd time this week, and still, no progress.

I tried reinstalling the launcher and it didnt work, signing out didnt work, and all the steps in my previous comment about my 'resolved because it was a duplicate' ticket. Surprisingly, my 10-year old netbook that I do not use anymore because it is too slow is able to download Minecraft for windows and it still works just fine, just very slow.It seems like this issue only affects target computers.

It's been 11 days since the last update from the mods. Like @ILoveEndermans, please post an update.

   Also, please do not resolve my issue as a duplicate. Although it is the same issue we have different experiences. 
   I am aware that a bot is doing this. I do not know how this system works but I hope this will not be marked as resolved without the actual problem resolved.

I do not think you can do that anymore since the update where Java and Bedrock are fused together.
I already have the Xbox app.

And I don't think it was downloading anyway, I couldn't see the file in the directory where you find all your apps' files.

UPDATE: You can do it, but it will show an error, just like my friend said so.
