Yeah, it's fixed. For now. 🙂
I figured out the sound that keeps playing is the "block.false_permissions" sound
I tried making a command block to stop the sound but it only hits every other one so it sounds weirder.
Also I forgot to note I'm using the windows 10 version.
Added a video of the issue.
I downloaded to my windows 10 pc and got this message.
