@Map11 Ah welp, it seems that I’m using the bedrock version. Mind explaining what you mean by searching for the world in the coded world names?
I’m on IOS 12.3.1 Using Minecraft pocket edition 1.12. This issue happens across many platforms including the console and windows 10 edition. It seems that this issue relates with something to do when leaving your world in the nether.
World for investigation:

Welp, this does seem to be an ongoing problem across many others
@Auldrick Will there be any way to restore my current world with the issue?
@Map111 Is there anything I can do do restore my current world with the issue?
I’m having the same issue here at:
Ah dam, it seems that we both have the same issue
For those who are having this issue, and wish to restore it:
Save your world file to your pc hard drive
Edit the data on your world by changing the DimensionId to 0 (Preferably using Minecraft Universal Editor)
Send the file back to your device
And then you should end up in the overworld without the loading screen stuck.
