I had all the proper resources to craft two cakes. Upon creating them I was left with one empty bucket in my hotbar, no cake, and the other resources (wheat, sugar, and eggs) were used. What is even more strange, I only experienced this the second time I made cakes. The first time was fine, I refilled the 6 empty buckets and went for the additional 2 cakes, then experienced the glitch.
