Am having this problem on Nintendo Switch, Switch Lite and Samsung S6 Lite (android). I have tried all the things mentioned in the post a couple up from me, resetting realm etc
I haven't got the Windows 10 version - is there no other workaround for this? It seems poor to expect people to pay for a service that is not working for them.
