I mentioned that command in the first line, so it is most certainly in the report.

"Erratic and Strange Mob Behavior in Overworld isn't a bug?" would be my natural response, especially since I have personally seen it work normally in earlier versions of the game. Also, that's a bit uncivil and kind of rude: I understand that you just want to be done with this issue, but surely that kind of dismissive attitude doesn't help matters.

It sounds like you may be confused; as the issue states, the problem is not that the Ender Dragon moves, but rather that it moves specifically to the 0, 0, 0 coordinates in overworld. It also states the command you provided results in this same behavior.

It should also be noted that even spawning the dragon without the dragonphase variable, it will eventually move to 0, 0, 0 after hovering in place for some time.

The ideal resolution is for the ender dragon to behave normally within it's local area in the overworld without moving to 0, 0, 0.

That does not fix the behavior outlined in the issue, above. This response seems like the original issue was not read, at all.

Specifically, I meant this line:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/bouncycastle/jce/provider/BouncyCastleProvider
at net.minecraft.server.integrated.IntegratedServer.func_71197_b(IntegratedServer.java:105)
at net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.run(MinecraftServer.java:445)
at net.minecraft.server.ThreadMinecraftServer.run(SourceFile:583)

Which appears to be the primary error and isn't regarding any of the modpack files, but rather one of Mojang's servers.

Please make sure to read the entire post before just deciding to close it with a blanket statement like that.

The issue is happening on vanilla minecraft, too. I just noticed it first while playing FTB. =P

Also, I thought including the FTB Crash log and information provided by it would be relevant, since it appears to log more data that the vanilla one does.
