@Doug Easterly @Caroline Dacumos @bailey veasey @jillw  Looks like we're all having the same issue with Nintendo Switch.  Have any of you had success with a solution, or heard from Mojang.  I haven't seen any info frm @[Microsoft]Kelly Henckel on this topic in several weeks...

My son has been having the same issue on Nintendo Switch since Thursday.  We submitted a ticket to Mojang but haven't received any response.  We've tried contact Microsoft/Xbox as well as Nintendo.  We've scoured this board and other boards and tried every reset, setting change, etc. suggested with no success.  So far, the issue is completely isolated to his MS/Xbox account on the Switch.  Logging out quickly of account (before crash) or using another Switch profile (no MS/Xbox account) allows the game to run just fine.  Logging in to MS/Xbox account on an old iPhone and he play just fine.  This is super-frustrating because can't seem to get help anywhere for days.
