MC-134 isn't the same problem i reported. My world has cheats enabled. I when i set it to no cheats enabled so that my friends cant cheat on the adventure map, but then i cant use commands.
It should be that if you didn't enable cheats from the start, you cant allow cheats in LAN. But if you did enable cheats from the beginning, you can enable cheats for lan.
