I had to create a brand new world in order to make repeaters again. Still can't on older worlds.

I have issues with a piston T-Flip Flop as well.

I have gotten a mono-stable circuit to work. It does have visual glitches but still works.

As Above. You can't power the block the repeater is on from above. The Piston needs to be powered directly or the block has to be powered from the sides or dust on top.
