When I search for MCD2-42 which is supposedly for this exact issue, nothing comes up in the search, under any of the statuses. It would be nice to have a bit more transparency for this issue which has caused us problems.
I have this same issue as well. I always purchase Switch 2 games on MY account for my son to play. Obviously easier for managing things as a parent. My son plays those games on HIS account - and can’t access any of the Deluxe content. He waited so long for this and is a huge Minecraft Dungeons fan - and was really bummed he couldn’t enjoy the exclusive content on day one. Very odd and confusing that he can play the game, but not the extra content we purchased.
BTW - This issue is NOT resolved. As of 7pm EST, the issue still persists on Switch2.
