I've updated to 1.8.1 on the Xbox One and still have the issue. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and things in the store just continue to show downloading.

Yes. I have 1.8.0 and when I buy something from the marketplace it just says downloading and the progress bar hasn't moved. It has been like this for a couple of days. This is on my Xbox One. I have restarted the game and the console and nothing has helped.
