Update today July 14th 1.21.94. This issue is not fixed

I am also experiencing this bug. It seems to only affect texture packs as I was using classic texture pack and I deactivated it and went into the same world and the creepers were no longer charged. Unsure if other texture packs are affected.
Duplicate or not needs to be fixed by mojang
Alright this is resolved what am i supposed to do to make my minecraft load
u have to make an issue and then attach ur launcher log to the issue so they can look at it and see the problem

I keep getting the same message when my game crashs its so annoying
