I still have this problem as of today, only worse.

Now I also have blocks reappear after mining them, often several times. There are other issues as well. Starting a new issue.

I opened another ticket for my boats actually going away when I exit them, but was told the issue was a duplicate and directed here.

The issue here is not the same. My boats do not become invisible. They completely go away. If there was a mob in the boat with me, it also vanishes from the game.

Same issue for me. Same version (30.24, xbox one x, beta).

Also, depending on where you stand chunks (lower half of them) pop in and out of existence.

Also also, chests in the Nether are all empty.

I also had a similar problem in the overworld where chunks disappeared, mobs vanished, and all contents of all chests I had filled disappeared as well. Hundreds of hours of mining and collecting gone poof in an instant.
