Purchased and remaining coins still have not been restored to my son’s account either.

We use an Apple account (5 SE phone)

My son is having the same issue. All of his purchases using min coins are gone and he can no longer use his templates that he purchased. He, too, also lost all of his coins and is down to a zero balance.
