I am no longer seeing crashing and rolling back. Thank you.
However now we are seeing villagers suddenly disappear. Maxed out villagers disappear and are replaced with babies. New issue as of today.
Since the 1.16.20102.0 patch we have reloaded our world from a local copy. The issue has not reoccurred.
