This applies to all items that have an entity counterpart that uses the same identifier. (Example: pufferfish, armors, (raw) chicken, etc)
The "item" can be defined in the attachable file with a custom identifier to render the attachable model, but there is no way to remove the default item sprite from rendering as well. (See image)
