You might want to keep Xbox/Switch achievement unlocks as separate tickets if that's the case.
Anyways, my ticket was just marked as a duplicate (correctly). I'm not sure how I didn't find this ticket when I originally made the ticket.
Still an issue with 1.13 - the newest achievement doesn't unlock either. Have other people with the same problem.
I went as far as completely unlinking my account and relinking it with no luck.

You need to be logged into both the Switch and Microsoft Accounts. The Switch account has to be logged in for the MS account to show up I believe, but for everything to work, they both need to be logged in it seems.
Every patch there is I load it up, throw on iron armour and see if the achievement unlocks (which it hasn't).
Yes - that was covered in the ticket. The Zombie Doctor is an anomaly.
My problems are 100% with the card based game FWIW.
