I have the same issue. Using Minecraft 1.11.4 on iOS 12.3.1. It keeps crashing when I try to load it. Sometimes I get past the white loading screen but usually don't. When I do I get a message about how it failed to load resource packs. I've tried offloading the app several times now and nothing. I also tried removing the Xbox app as well as the Nimbus controller app. Still not loading.
