This indicates that you will continue taking a subscription fee for nothing for an unspecified period of time. It is shocking that there is not consumer support here. I paid for a service I did not receive and apparently will not receive yet I am still expecting to say sure ok please keep my money. Let’s start with a refund then and go for from there. I am sure there is government oversight to this kind of trade and I will be complaining.
