Hey Jacob, I'm on PS4 and i stopped the iron golems from attacking me by dumb luck. I left 1 of the doors Open and a zombie got in the house with like 4 or 5 villagers in there. When l saw the villagers being attack l killed the zombie before it can kill my villagers. The 2 golems that were attacking me l put out 2 boats then l let them chase me to the boats and they got stuck in the boats. Later archers and monsters could kill them and 2 New Golems Spawn, The New Golems Did Not hurt me and left me alone! Cool huh. I hope that helps oh l traded with villagers to help raise good standings with them.
I hear you Cathleen . I have worked too much to get where I am now in my current world. My home village is in a cove or harbor and the Heart of Sea Pearl helps me make conduits so I can go diving with out needing under water breathing potions.
Plus I converted like 20 zombies villages back to villagers so I can trade 1 Emerald for any products that I buy from them! That is a Kick Ass Discount Reward after doing that hard work. By dumb luck I found a zombie spawner while mining for iron......Teeeheeeheee {8-D)
I'm playing on my PS4 and I get that issue as well. I even Destroyed the 1st treasure chest after I loot the chest since my main target is the Heart of the Sea Pearl. When I find a New Map it tells me to go back to 1 of the dig sites. For the hell of it I try again but No New Treasure Chest just A Giant Pit that I have made._._ugh.
PS4 and Xbox people don't have that Console command advantage like PC people. I thought the Glitches in Skyrim pissed me off for PS4 ....._ I hope Elder Scrolls 6 will be better since Micro Soft now owns Bethesda
I'm on Ps4 bedrock, l converted a zombie villager into a villager and l was far away from my village so he would not be influence to become a profession. I had a composter with me to make him a farmer since he became a fletcher by a dice roll. Every time l place a composter next to him he would not become a farmer. Also l never traded with him when he became a fletcher by a dice roll.
