I just realised it's probably just the Shulker itself that's rotated, thanks for pointing that out... Oh well, still needs to be fixed :3
How long does it usually take for bugs like this to be fixed? :o

EDIT: I'm removing my Shulker texture since Marcono1234 uploaded a resource pack much better suited for testing.
