I have the same thing, I am on Xbox One. I'm not sure what may have caused it, but I did use a glitch that gets you to be able to add servers on Xbox, and I don't know If that caused it, as it started recently after. I would love this to be fixed, as I get yellow "Molang error messages" a lot on servers and maps. Please Fix!!!
Edit: I uninstalled and reinstalled my game recently which did nothing
Experienced this issue twice myself today, and also had someone else happen it to. Only restarting the server helped in allowing us to reconnect.
This was resolved in the 1.17 update.
