I have the issue that it takes a long time to load (3-5min) and then stuck on start screen (where I select PLAY. Someone loaded a screenshot here.) BUT, the other user on the ps4 doesn’t have this issue!! Game loads just fine. The only difference between the users is the saved game data so I deleted the saved games for the user having an issue and it loaded. Corrupted data maybe?
BUT, now the game is stuck on “Updating 1 of 3 packs”. Ugh!
