I have this same crap happening...ALL. THE. FREAKING. TIME. The goddamn sounds are spreading, too. At first it was just 1 place, now it's underground, in the air, and everywhere else. Even when I dig to brand new places underground, that goddamn wolf sound EXPLODES IN MY FRIGGIN EARS. It's so absolutely annoying that I don't even want to play.
Also, I can't place blocks on a certain level where I built my home. No one can place blocks there on my server, and everyone hears the same stupid dog noises nonstop.
I really wish that Majong would make this a priority, because it's absolute horse sh*t. It's also been happening since 1.11 (I'm on bedrock 1.14)
This just happened to me the exact same way. I killed him and now he's respawned at about 40% health in my first End area. He hovers over where I portal in and tries blowing me off the platform as soon as I enter. It's super annoying.
