Ok, to make this easier. We are working on a Minecraft server, that we started on a realm, has a issue with certain chunks playing the Wolf Death sound. One point someone joined and suffocated a bunch of animals... It has been spreading to other chunks in our realm and it's getting kinda annoying... If you can at least try to fix it it would be nice.

Having this issue on a realm with a lot of people on it. Wondering if it will ever be fixed, the sounds are spreading everywhere around the server and are in multiple chunks of our town. It is kind of getting annoying and I would like an explanation as to what causes it at least. Thank you.
Having the same issue on a friends realm. Can be reproduced at will. Attached a video, 10 MB upload limit makes it hard to give the full experience.
Edit: I just cracked the world open in Java to load chunk boarders and sure enough, when I step into the chunk in five chunks in the Bedrock edition, the sound is triggered.
Happens in my Realm, entering multiple chunks near my base. Very reproducible, happens when entering the chunks affected
One of the chunk borders is in my storage/crafting/bedroom. It's pretty awful LOL
I am currently experiencing this on a friend's realm. I hear a random variation of a wolf dying anytime I enter or exit one of the main chunks in my village. Other players experience the same thing when visiting my village and we all play on different platforms. I have personally experienced it on both Windows 10 edition and iOS. I will also note that I am the only one on the server who has had 10+ wolves die (and all within the vicinity of my village). I've spent dozens of hours building on and around that chunk and it is bumming me out experiencing this glitch on a pretty consistent basis.
I have this same crap happening...ALL. THE. FREAKING. TIME. The goddamn sounds are spreading, too. At first it was just 1 place, now it's underground, in the air, and everywhere else. Even when I dig to brand new places underground, that goddamn wolf sound EXPLODES IN MY FRIGGIN EARS. It's so absolutely annoying that I don't even want to play.
Also, I can't place blocks on a certain level where I built my home. No one can place blocks there on my server, and everyone hears the same stupid dog noises nonstop.
I really wish that Majong would make this a priority, because it's absolute horse sh*t. It's also been happening since 1.11 (I'm on bedrock 1.14)
Bedrock 1.14 here, same issue as everyone else; mob.wolf.death sound plays when crossing chunk boarders in several locations around a town on the realm I play on.
Just upvoted and posting to let mojang know this is still an issue and very annoyong indeed. I am an op on the realm and have tried using command blocks to stopsound with no luck.
Please look into this issue!

Reopened because of multiple reports over several months. (Reported for 1.11.1, twice for 1.12.0, and once for 1.12.1.)
I tried downloading a copy of the world from MCPE-51805 and couldn't reproduce it. It might be something that only happens on Realms, and since downloading and re-uploading to Realms doesn't fix it, it may be in the Realms server code.
