I got it working! I had to enable Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support to get EA app working couple months ago (it wouldn't launch without it enabled?) and it was messing with Java somehow.

He was just stuck on the trade windows i guess. When he didnt go to sleep I went to get his bed and put it in front of him and he linked to it but still didnt go to sleep. I traded with other villagers but it didnt help. Im not sure if i tapped too fast the trading on/off and it bugged it, because i was searching for certain villager and tapped that broken one 2 times a row. My friend had same issue that his villager got stuck same as mine but he didnt remember why. I just got rid of the villager when i was out of ideas to fix him.
