In the video he explains the game switched over to his second monitor right around the time where the game crashed in my video. As I said before, he thinks it has to do with screen size or resolution
A friend of mine used my copy of the game (via Steam family sharing) on a laptop similar to mine, and also got a similar result. He told me that the game’s resolution changed for a brief moment after the “press any button” screen, but the game didn’t crash (he thinks it was because of his second monitor).
He believes the issue is that the game’s default resolution may be too big for laptops, and that’s why it crashed in mine and not his. Hopefully that could help
There are a few more crash reports, but they should all be the same thing
My Microsoft account is linked to the Microsoft store and the Xbox app. The rest of the video, (which I had to cut because it still wouldn’t let me upload) shows the other loading screens working perfectly
I finally managed to run the game by running it windowed. So it might actually be something related to the screen size
