no worries on the questions, i completely understand and thank you so much for your help. To simplify , its any version i play. Even with deleting all files and redownloading everything it still has that glitch i recorded above. But as soon as i press F1 to put my had away and hide the inventory, it stops the visual glitch and the game is normal. but obviously cant play that way.
well that's the issue , i want to play realms with my friends like i used too, and PAY for. single player has the same issue with the flashing. tested and still flashes
It doesn't allow me to connect to my realm , it says i have to have the latest release to do so. so i cant check if thats the fix or not. what can i do?

happens on installation 1.21.5
overall it says 45% but the actual game is the 1287.2 mb
issue still persists , it was never resolved. im not sure how you thought it was
that version seems okay, so far, but am very limited on what i can do. i don't have a lot of access to my saved items such as my single player worlds and realms.
