[MC-298141] Severe graphical issues when streaming Minecraft using XSplit Broadcaster

Every time i use a streaming platform or even stream to friends in discord , my game gets into this way that has flashing of the biome but i can also see under ground. In which i cannot see them perfectly but the shadows of the mobs underground in the caves. i can put my hand away and it stops. I use xsplit broadcaster to stream to twitch and have tried anything to get it stop via changing different settings and nothing is happening or fixing the issue. i even have modified settings in Minecraft and still no solution. please help im out of answers and so is the internet. also yes i have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Helper edit: This issue first appeared at some point during the 1.21.5 snapshots.

CPU: Intel Core i5 14400K
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060
OpenGL 3.2.0

We suspect that this issue may already have been fixed. Please test whether the issue still occurs in the latest snapshot, and if so, add that version as affected.

It doesn't allow me to connect to my realm , it says i have to have the latest release to do so. so i cant check if thats the fix or not. what can i do?

Can’t you just test in singleplayer? Surely the issue also occurs in singleplayer in 1.21.5.

(Test with 1.21.6-rc1, which was released just today.)

well that's the issue , i want to play realms with my friends like i used too, and PAY for. single player has the same issue with the flashing. tested and still flashes

So the issue occurs in singleplayer in both 1.21.5 and 1.21.6-rc1? And everything was fine in 1.21.4?

Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure the report has much info as possible before I update the confirmation status so Mojang can take a look at it. Most likely this is a game issue in the same vein as MC-295862, MC-296129 and the other graphical issues which popped up in the 1.21.5 snapshots, I just want to confirm that is began to occur at that same time and remains unfixed in the latest development version.

no worries on the questions, i completely understand and thank you so much for your help. To simplify , its any version i play. Even with deleting all files and redownloading everything it still has that glitch i recorded above. But as soon as i press F1 to put my had away and hide the inventory, it stops the visual glitch and the game is normal. but obviously cant play that way.

So it occurs in 1.21.4 too? If so that’s very useful information, it means the issue predates the recent rendering changes.

that version seems okay, so far, but am very limited on what i can do. i don't have a lot of access to my saved items such as my single player worlds and realms.

Got it. I will set this to Plausible so Mojang can take a look at it. My expectation is that more likely than not this will be fixed in the time before Vibrant Visuals drops on Java Edition, possibly inadvertently as Mojang fixes other rendering issues which appeared around the same time this one did, but of course nothing is guaranteed and it’s possible this issue may persist post-VV.
