I made a quick video of what I am getting on 1.13.0.4. My kids tablets (Samsung Galaxy Tab A) run perfectly. My phone, and my wife's phone both (Samsung Galaxy S9) refuse to start and give us the Same issue. https://youtu.be/AfQZX6OtaEQ
