My world converted all chests seem to be in order, no crashes since converting. The only problem I’ve encountered so far is that pistons aren’t working correctly

I’ve been trying to convert since the change to bedrock, mine usually crashes at 93%. One time early in the bedrock release it converted, however the chucks where my item sorter/ bulk storage area failed to convert and in its place was ocean chunks. At the time I had my only shulker box in my inventory. Since then I have tried after every update and it hasn’t made it past 93%
