Same thing happening in my house on the PS5 (PS4 version of Minecraft) for the file "PRESTONPLAYZ CRAFTABLE HOUSES".
Tried clearing the cache already. Can redownload it, but it just offers an "Update" button that doesn't work instead of "Owned" and I can't create the world.
