Same issue here, i went exploring some new chunks to find ruined portals and i noticed that when your arrow leaves the area of an existing map that player's arrow will show as if its on the middle on the map until you create a new map of that new region, treasure maps dont work as well, they dont show the area where the buried treasure is

Same issue here, I have the digital version on ps4 upgraded from editions, yesterday June 28, 2020 I was able to run Minecraft with no problems at all, no crashes or anything like that. Today June 29, 2020 when i openned Minecraft i got stucked on the Mojang Studios screen, I didnt paid much attention to it since before 1.16 sometimes the game took around 10 miinutes to pass the white Minecraft loading screen, buy this time it spent 30 minutes like that with no response.
